Founded in November 1997, Human Capital was organized in response to the need for an expert group dedicated to providing advice and specialized services to facilitate administration of the complex human resources field. Human Capital assists in the return of companies’ investments in their human capital, providing integrated solutions that enable them to manage human resources effectively, while offering continuous support and expertise with a proactive approach, thereby promoting a healthy working climate characterized by effective communication.

Eduardo Rodríguez
Country Head
Eduardo Rodríguez has over 20 years of experience leading human resources functions, specifically in the areas of design, administration, legal compliance and financing of various strategies for Human Resources programs. Rodríguez was the Senior Vice President & Director of Human Resources for Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Previously, he also worked at Warner Lambert, WANG Laboratories and Palmas del Mar.
He completed his Master’s degree in Labor Relations at Rutgers University and his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico. He has also completed advanced human resources programs at the University of Michigan and has been trained and certified as a DBM Executive Coach. He is past President of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Committee of the Puerto Rico Bankers Association. He is also a member of the Human Resources Team of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA).
