Leanne's expertise lies in providing career transition solutions to many organisations undergoing realignment initiatives - supporting, mentoring and coaching - senior executives, individuals as well as groups and corporations, including those of Fortune 500 companies, through their career growth, organisational and career transformation, and career placement decisions.
Leanne has more than 25 years of corporate experience, having served in several multinationals as well as public-listed Malaysian companies covering Marketing, Sales, Strategic Financial Planning, Business Development, Human Capital Development, Executive Coaching and Training, Leadership Development and Transformation, and Strategic Operation Management.
Leanne has travelled extensively all over Asia to provide training and coaching for key directors and executives of multinational companies. Her ability to integrate the knowledge from her broad based experience and knowledge makes for a truly holistic approach when understanding human behaviour and making positive, meaningful and impactful personal transformations. Her corporate experience includes NLP coaching and training, life assurance, government body liaison, property marketing, and financial planning.
Leanne holds various accreditations and memberships of associations including NLP Coaching (NLP CA), NLP Trainer (NLPU CA), Life Success Consultants Facilitation Academy, International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Million Dollar Round Table.
